Marg Helgenberger was an American actress, best known for her part in "Ryan's Love," where she portrayed Siobhan. The story of the girl from small-town to Hollywood was quite amazing. At first, her goal wasn't to become an actor. As a young girl she was not aspired of becoming an actress. Instead, it was her goal to follow the mother's footsteps and pursue a career in nursing. When she was visiting colleges to choose the course that she would like to study, she became fascinated by doing. While performing in a college show, she was discovered by a talent agent who advised her to consider becoming a professional actor. After working in 'Ryan's Hope she was offered "China Beach" and many other notable film and television role, and established her standing as an actor. One of her highest acclaimed role was as a chemical exposure victim in the hit film "Erin's Brockovich'. Marg lives a full and busy life however she manages to make enough time to engage in charitable work. Every year, she hosts a celebrity golf event to fund the research into breast cancer.
